We produce a variety of events from Christmas parties, product launches, private dining, weddings and more.
We can cater from 50 people to 2500 and can organise as much or as little as you choose. If there are a few elements that you may need assistance with, we are here to help. Should you need Captiv8 to assist from concept to completion we are more than happy to do so.

VENUE SOURCING
We sit with you and discuss the event being planned, discussing theme, colour, lights, style and mood. These factors will surround your guests throughout the duration of your event and we never underestimate the feeling created to entertain them.
CATERING
The food has to be not only delicious but beautifully prepared and exquisitly presented. It makes no difference if you are having a sit down meal, buffet, canapés, or bowl food, the catering is always so important.
MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment is important, you have invited your guests and it is important you entertain them. Captiv8 have a variety of entertainers and they are chosen appropriately for the event.
THE BAND
The Earthlights Boogie Band consists of 8 musicians who are dynamic in sound and professionalism, and stylish on stage.
The band’s line up: lead vocals, drums, bass, guitar, keyboards, trumpet or trombone and saxophone.
The Earthlights also have an extensive library of musicians (background singers, harpists, violinists, acoustic guitarists etc) and professionally trained dancers at the ready for those bigger events.
If requested, we can expand the Earthlights Boogie Band with more members, making an even bigger and customised impact to your event.
